Simple Programming of Timing Cycles: The timing cycles are programmed with digital thumb wheel switches. This instrument can be synchronized with the second hand of a watch. Two or more Model 825's can be sequenced, and the timing of each can be accurately predicted.
Electronic Synchronization: Any number of 825's can be electronically synchronized with each other and be resynchronized in the field. Compatible with state of the art field measuring techniques.
No Contacts to Wear or Burn: Current interruption is accomplished by a mercury displacement 75 ampere relay. It has no contacts to wear or burn. Indicator lamps show when the relay is open or closed.
Powered by 12 Volt Source: The Model 825 is powered by a 12 Volt lantern battery through a panel plug. An external 12 Volt source can also be used. A battery warning light is provided. When the indicator lights, the battery should be replaced.

Model 110 Rechargeable 12 Volt Battery Pack

Will outlast hundreds of 12 Volt lantern batteries.
Specially designed for use with Nilsson Models 820, 825 and 830 current interrupters, and Nilsson Model 715 pipe and cable locator. The Model 110 battery pack will clamp directly in either the Model 715 pipe and cable locator or the Model 820, 825 or 830 current interrupter, in the same space as the 12 Volt lantern battery that is normally supplied. It will outlast hundreds of 12 Volt lantern batteries and can be used over a wide operating temperature range under rugged field conditions. The Model 110 can be used with any equipment requiring a 12 Volt DC power source. Capacity is 6.5 ampere-hours. Recharges overnight - cannot be overcharged: The battery can be recharged overnight by plugging into any 110 or 220 VAC outlet. It can be recharged hundreds of times, and is so designed that it will not be overcharged. |
