Hardness tester is intended for the express local measurement by a dynamic method of hardness in various products (from a steel, its alloys and welded joints, pig-iron, nonferrous metals, rubber, other materials) on scales of Brinell (НВ), Rockwell (HRC), Vickers (HV), Shore "D" (HSD) and also for strength definition on a stretching of products from carbonaceous steels pearlite a class in accordance with GOST 22791-77. Hardness tester can be used in industrial and laboratory conditions.

Base scales can be written down at the enterprise who manufactured or independent on samples of hardness from the keyboard of the device or automatically calculation according to measurements and are written down from the personal computer. Up to 32 scales of hardness (HB, HRC, HV, HSD, HRB, HRN, HRT, HL and etc.) in total can be written down. With software use statistical data processing and their preservation on a disk is accessible.

Hardness tester is certified in Gosstandart of Russia (the certificate № 9315 ), is registered in the National register of means of measurements under №15711-96 also admitted to application in the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Republic of Belarus and Kazakhstan. ТEМP-2 also is registered in the National register of Gosstandart of Ukraine, Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan and in the branch Register of measuring apparatuses of Ministry of Railways of the Russian Federation under № МТ-021.2000.
