The compact Smartcost Ultrasonic level transmitter has been designed for use in tanks, basins & channels& is suitable for use in applications where the temperature can be up to 80°C. The Polypropylene enclosuremakes the Smartcost transmitter suitable for use in aggressive chemicals or liquids. By using a powerful single chip, a high speed processor & enhanced manufacturing techniques theSmartcost transmitter provides stable readings, accuracy & reliable measurements in many applications.

The IP65 version of the Smartcost transmitter features calibration switches in the connection head of the transmitter enabling easy calibration. If the Smartcost transmitter is used just as a two-threshold transmitter(Minimum & Maximum levels) calibration is performed by simply pressing 2 switches in a pre–arranged sequence.

For more complex applications the Smartcost transmitter can be configured by a PC through the RS485 port using the "LC" software enabling the user to set up minimum & maximum thresholds, pump controls or self diagnostic alarms.

The Smartcost Ultrasonic level transmitter is also available as an IP68 version on request where the transmitter is completely sealed with connection via an integral 3 Metre cable to a remote junction box. The Smartcost transmitter comes as a standard 24v DC version, with options for 24, 48, 115, 230v AC power supply versions.
