产品描述：

The SONOCONTROL 11 is a level switch. It's able to recognize via ultrasound, from the outside and contactless, liquids through the wall of a tank or a pipe. The programming is simple and fast.
 
applications:
level regulation
gas, air bubbles and solids detection
limit level control in liquids
ice level control
wet-dry detection
distance and position control
protection to run dry for pumps
pig detection
The sensors will be fastened at the outside of the tank or pipe.
There is no contact with the product.
The ultrasonic measurement is harmless.
The analysing time of measurement is very short.
Also high pressure inside the tank will not affect the measurement.
An exact measurement is also possible by production of foam at the surface of liquid.
There are no hygienic problems with the sensor.
Measurements can happen at toxic, corrosive and aggressive media.
The sensor will not wear out.
The mounting only requires a low expenditure of installation. Existing plants can be equipped and without interruption of process.
Borings at tanks and pipelines are not necessary. There isn't any new expenditure in testing or welding at the existing pressure tanks.
The pipelines still are able to a passage of pig.
Measurements at big tanks and pipes with a range up to 15 m (depending on product) are possible.
Optional: The sensors are also permitted for Hazard Area.
