The multiplatform rockers can rock several times as many trays, tubes, etc., as standard rockers without using additional lab bench space.  Each platform pivots about its own axis (unlike the stacking tray effect) so that the top platform provides the same controlled conditions as the bottom one.   When placed on a typical 36" high lab bench, the top platform, at 4' 9" (from the floor) is very accessible.

 

The Stack-3 and Stack-4 Next Rockers are a convenient size, and provides triple or quadruple the capacity of a traditional rocking shaker in the same footprint.  For reference, the scientist in this photo is 5'3" (1.59 m) tall.
