Evolution Logging Thermometer for the Food Industry

This Evolution food thermometer combines the freedom of a fully portable hand held instrument with the versatility of a high specification electronic data logger. The walkabout logging mode enables the temperature at many different points, such as refrigerators, freezers, cooking surfaces, cooked, chilled and frozen food, to be logged. The recorded data - ideal for HACCP and due diligence procedures - can be printed out or downloaded to a PC for later analysis and storage, making written records a thing of the past. Combines type T thermocouple and thermistor sensor compatibility for fast response and accuracy required by food hygiene regulations. Dust and waterproof to IP67 (BS EN 60529, IEC 529) standards. Measurement range covers freezers to cooked food applications. Logging can be programmed from the keypad or via the Windows software, code N1SW.
