The Milomat is based on the collision of the grains with rotating metal sticks. It is applicable to different kinds of grains like corn, cereals, canola, sunflower seeds, as well as peas and beans. Even dry and tough grains can be grinded.
Milomat model K
is optimized for quick moisture measurement together with moisture meters HE 60/ HE 90.
This model grinds the sample to a rough coarse meal.
Labomil Model M
is made for the sample preparation for the drying oven and other application in the analysis where a fine powder is necessary.
This mill has a sieve included that assures that the sample is milled before it leaves the milling chamber.
90% of the milled flour can pass through a 1000um sieve as it is necessary for drying oven.
Operation
Fill in about 20 ml of sample. Switch on the Milomat and let it run a few seconds unless it reaches the maximum speed. Turn the container that the sample falls into the center of the milling chamber. The sample falls directly into the collection container. It takes only few seconds. Switch off mill and take the container.
