【介绍】

一款双波长实时PCR 仪。96 个蓝－绿 LED 顺序激发样品，通过二个光电二极管来检测。两个激发波长范围：一为523–543nm（适用于FAM、SYBR Green I 等），还有一个是 540–700nm（适用于普遍使用的HEX、TEMRA、TET、VIC 等荧光素）。

既可以支持普通的单重PCR，也可以支持多重 PCR。多重 PCR 除了可以节省试剂和时间外，还可以使内对照的使用成为可能，从而对样品PCR 效率有更进一步的掌控。此外，多重PCR 也使基因表达分析更为简便。其具体性能如下：

一次96 孔荧光检测时间在3 秒之内，最大程度减少了荧光交叉

完美的温度控制性能和梯度PCR 功能

Opticon Monitor 分析软件可以非常简单地设置RT–PCR、多重PCR 等反应，以及DNA 定量、基因表达、等位基因等功能分析

LED 阵列与反应板一一对应，保证激发光准确进入目标管。发射光通过光电倍增管（PMTs）系统进行信号放大。
