Sterlitech PTFE (Teflon®) membrane filters contain a membrane made of pure PTFE laminated onto a polypropylene non-woven layer. This combination not only enhances the PTFE laminated membrane filter’s durability, it also improves the product’s dimensional stability. Compatible with strong acids and aggressive solutions, PTFE (Teflon®) membrane filters can be used in venting applications, phase separations and even in aerosol sampling. These small filter devices are naturally hydrophobic as well.
